My Hummingbird Feeder!

Hello, bloggers. I just put up a hummingbird feeder in my backyard, so the hummingbirds can have a treat. Lots of hummingbirds enjoy sucking the sugar water in the feeder. The recipe for the sugar water is: water (any amount), sugar (any amount), then boil it, finally put it in the fridge where it will cool, and there you have it! After making the sugar water, put it in the feeder, hang it on a tree, and wait for the hummingbirds to come. After looking at the hummingbirds that came to my feeder, I saw that they came in various colors, such as: green, blue, red, orange, purple, gray, brown, and black. The sugar water was so good that the other hummingbirds would peck each other so that they could sip the water. These are very interesting birds, because they come in lots of cool colors, they're little, they flap their wings really fast, and they have long beaks. Do you have a hummingbird feeder? I hope you liked my post. Please leave a comment.

My New Pet!

First, I would like you to meet my new pet hamster Peanut. He is a male Roborovski dwarf hamster. There are different kinds of Roborrovski hamsters. Peaunut is a Aguti dwarf hamster and he is only 6 months old. They are very fast, active, and love to play and exercize. These breeds are located in the Gobi desert in Russia.

Peanut has an older brother named Rocky. Rocky is very fat. He is my sister's hamster. Sometimes they don't get along together and fight. When that happens we need to separate them for a little while so they can get over it.

If you decide to get this breed of hamsters you might want to get a big house, water, food, wood chews, balls, treats, bedding, and finally a little house so it can sleep in.

Do you have a hamster?
If yes, what kind do you have?

My Visit To Spain

Hello everyone! I just got back from my trip tp Spain! At first I was a little shy, but as I got more comfortable with the language I made lots of friends. Since I had friends they asked me to play soccer with them. They found out that I was really good , so they told me to be part of their soccer team.

Sometimes in Spain, they have parties in the town square. They call them Fiestas. One of the fiestas was they put jumpers for the kids. Another fiesta was a cannon that shot out foam so the kids could play in the foam. And a few nights there was musical bands that played for everyone. Then there was a parade of all the kids.

Sometimes when it's a really hot day, my cousin Lara invites me to go swimming and fishing with her at the lake. One time, I even caught a big bass. When I lifted it up from the fishing pole, the poor fish plopped on the soft and wet sand, and I had to take the hook out of its mouth! After that, I let the slimy big bass into the water.

Every summer in Spain, there are bullfights. They build a big arena in a wide space next to the school. When they are done building the arena, they wait until the day that they fight the bulls. When the day came, we went with my other cousin Paula. In the beginning, the first matador came out riding a beautiful horse. After the band plays the songs, the show begins. At first they let out one of the bulls. Then the matador comes out with his horse. The matador first circles the bull so it will get a little dizzy. Next the matador gets his spears. While he does that his assistants come out to distract the bull. When the matador comes back with the spears, his assistants go away. The matador circles the bull once more and "STRIKE". The matador hits the poor bull on its back. He keeps doing the same thing over and over again, until the bull dies.

Have you ever been to Spain?
If yes, what did you do there?

He has some really good friends that he would like to introduce. They are Leo the Lion from 2km and 2kj, Mr. New York from Brothers Blog, Bunny from Grace on the Go, Mr.CA from Jaden's Awesome Blog, Panda from Mrs.Yollis' Classroom Blog, Snowflake from BB's Awesome Blog, Popsicle from Hannah's
Hacienda, and Angel Face from Adia's Bable Blog.

P.S. I had a ball for Tekno but I lost it. Shhhhh.....

Frogs and Tadpoles

Saturday on spring break, I went to Franklin Canyon Park with my grandparents, my cousin, and my sister. The park is a nature park where you can see real animals in the wild that are from our state. Also there is a little museum where you can see diagrams of the animals , and you can see the homes that they make.

After we visited the museum, we went for a walk and we saw a gutter in the distance, as we got closer to it , we saw some little black creatures. My sister shouted out "tadpoles!" At that moment I was lucky to find an empty jar in my grandma's car, and filled it in with some water , then I grabbed some tadpoles with my hands and put them in the jar. I caught six tadpoles that day!

I moved on and started walking up this steep mountain, because there was a stream, and we wanted to know what was there. While I was holding the jar of tadpoles my sister lead the way. When we finally got to the stream, we saw two fat and big frogs on a log. There were a lot of little logs on the shore, so my grandmother picked up one of the logs and put it next to the log that had the frog so I can get on it to catch the frog.
Unfortunately I was not quick enough, the frog escaped into the stream.

When the exciting day was over I went home and made a habitat for the creatures to live in. A month later one tadpole turned into a little frog! :)

Do you have tadpoles or frogs as pets?
Have you ever been to Franklin Canyon Park?

Little Baby Cotton Tail Rabbit!

Last night while I was going into the pool, we noticed a little baby Cotton Tail rabbit. We thought it was hurt because it was wet from the sprinklers and it was all alone. I got a box from the garage and, picked up the rabbit and put it in the box. He was so little that it was about the size of my palm. The rabbit was so wet that we got a dry towel and dried it off. My sister and I left the rabbit alone for a little while because it was very scared. After that we searched baby Cotton tail rabbits on the internet. It said that they don't last very long in captivity, and that they will die in a matter of hours because they are not used to being indoors. When we read about this we let the baby rabbit free!

,

Have you seen one of these little creatures?
If so, what did it do?
